Can a backup generator qualify, if it runs on biofuels?

We have a PV array installed on our campus, under the same ownership, but not on the building or within the LEED project boundary. Can we count that toward EAc2?

Our project have boiler (Rice husk fired boiler) we buy the Rice husk from nearest stores for boiler The boiler gives 500 kg/hr steam can we count this boiler energy as renewable energy can we consider a Rice husk annual cost as renewable energy cost

If you can demonstrate it meets the definition of a qualifying renewable then yes you can.
