Regularly occupied spaces are spaces where people are standing or sitting to work. If there is a receptionist, that woudl be a regularly occupied space, but otherwise a lobby would not be.

I am still confused about the reception part.
For a reception part, it always locates in a large and open space with a reception table, which is different from workstation with several tables in rows. So could I just include the table area in and exclude the other parts around this reception table? I think it is reasonable depending on the defination of regularly occupied spaces. Thank you!
For a reception desk in a lobby, you would count the square footage of the desk, plus the area behind and around the desk in which the worker would be using to perform their job. You have to include more than the desk area.
