We have a 3 tower project and we have already registered it under a group project. However, due to changes in planning strategy the 2 towers were deferred to construct while the 1 tower will proceed. Knowing that the project won't be certified until the 3 towers were completed, we have decided to change it into campus approach so it can be certified individually. With this, we'd like to know how do we process the changes as we have already paid the registration for the Group project. Hoping for your expertise. Thanks.
