NC-v4.1 RPc1:Regional Priority

regional priority credits V4.1 New Construction

Hello-

Per the Regional Priority Search screen our project qualifies for 2 regional priority points zip 81621 (surrounding density and diverse uses with 2 points and Light Pollution Reduction with 1 point.  But these are not self populating in LEED online.  Any clue what to do?
