According to LEED 2009, there were alternate distance calculations available that applied to products shipped by rail or ship. These calculations were based on ratios established for each shipping method. I have not been able to locate officially established recognition of these ratios and their acceptability for documentation towards LEED V4 credit.

Additionally, assuming these ratios are still available for use with LEED V4, are the credit documentation of those distances as presented with LEED 2009 still applicable as well?
