Dear SDL community,
I am supporting one of our health authorities in developing a business case for regenerating healthcare infrastructure as part of the indicative design for a new hospital and cancer centre. While I will be deepening this inquiry through the lens of a PhD over the next few (hopefully 4 or less!) years, I - and we - are on the steep end of the learning curve right now. As many of you are deep leaders in the healthcare space, I wondered if there were any insights you might be able to share - i.e. go-to references, lessons learned, critical tensions to overcome, etc. - as we embark on this journey (in our Canadian context).
I will happily share back my learnings as they evolve (project specific learnings as the client permits).
