Regarding Level of Sub metering

Hi Have I understood it correctly, that for a tenant less than 75 %, it is enough to sub meter the electricity for that tenant (plug loads and lighting) in one meter? You do not need to sub meter end uses within the tenant area (plug loads and lighting separately)? Thank you!

Correct you just need to submeter by energy source.
