we are evaluating the possibility of certifying a distribution center, where 85% of the area is refrigerated for product conservation (between 0 º C and 4 ºC).

In what related EQ Credit “Thermal Comfort”: is there any exemption regarding refrigerated areas ? Or this credit is automatically excluded for this space types ?

Hi Ricardo, I'm not an expert on this credit but I recommend reading the EQ Overview section of the Reference Guide - there's a lot of good information about how to treat inactive/unoccupied space vs occupied space, and what requirements are applicable to different warehouse spaces. I'd also recommend reading the Warehouses and Distribution Centers paragraph under the Rating System Variations section for this credit. I hope that helps, and perhaps someone who is more familiar with this credit will also chime in!
