Recycling lbs per day

I am trying to determine how many pounds of recycling waste per day my building will generate. Any specific formula to use? It is a 55,000 sq ft office building.

There are some good resources from state studies - like... http://www.calrecycle.ca.gov/ReduceWaste/Business/FactSheets/Property.htm ...but no known formulas. Consider checking with recycling vendors in your area who may be able to provide weights from experience. Additional waste reduction strategies that may help reduce the overall size/weight of anticipated collection are addressed here... http://www.calrecycle.ca.gov/ReduceWaste/Business/
