Recycling infrastructure - inconsistency in reference guide

The requirements and the step-by-step instructions are inconsistent. One says that recycling containers must be located on every block or at least every 245 m for mixed-use and nonresidential blocks. One says that this requirement is for mixed-use and residential blocks. Does anyone know which is correct?

Nate, you've found a typo in the step-by-step guidance, it should read 'non-residential.' Eliot
