We're getting ready to move onto construction phase. During the design phase review, our water efficient landscaping credit was denied. However, I was wondering if we would be able to reapply for this credit during construction phase? There has been discussion about updating the design to meet the credit, however, we did no want to hold up being construction phase. Has anyone ever done this?
