your links take you to different lists. Your compound is not listed as substance of very high concern (SVHC), neither is on the candidate list to become one. Another words it's not banned or restricted in any way, and will not be in the nearest future, but requires customers to be informed about hazard.

However, it is a substance that can cause some hazard (to health/environment), hence it has to be listed in section 3 of sds, of your formulation (if it meets criteria). It might also trigger obligation in terms of labeling.

It is registered as hazardous substance, but it is not on SVHC list, nor on candidate list (to become SVHC).

The CAS registry number can be lookup on google with keyword "cas number lookup"
