Hi, I am working on a shopping mall project, and our client is doing alteration & addition works to an existing building. Since shopping malls are basically divided into two types of spaces - common spaces such as corridors, lift lobbies and bathrooms; and tenant spaces. We are confused if it is possible to use the Commercial Interiors rating system for the mall itself, excluding the tenant spaces. Otherwise, I guess the best option here would be Core and Shell?
