What happens when a rainwater tank, designed to keep the required amount of rainwater is faced with a second stormevent? Does USGBC require demonstration of drawdown of the rainwater tank?

Hi Emmanuel, Yes, the rainwater tank needs to be capable of receiving the runoff from the next rainfall event. However, the reviewers haven't been very strict so far to document this issue with drawdawn calculations.
