Rainwater Harvesting - Irrigation and Reclaimed Water?

We have an office project that will have some large rainwater collection tanks that will be used for irrigation. Since reclaimed water and irrigation are two separate subsystems under this credit, can a rainwater tank for irrigation serve as both of these subsystem uses? Thanks very much, Doug Snyder HCMC, Vietnam

I checked the glossary on USGBC's website and it looks like Reclaimed Water refers to wastewater that has been treated and purified for reuse. So, it doesn't seem like the captured rainwater would qualify under the reclaimed water category. See the USGBC glossary here https://www.usgbc.org/glossary
