NC-v4 SSc4:Rainwater management

Rainfall Data – Bangladesh.

One of our projects in Bangladesh is  going for LEED V4 NC rating, we currently  have Average Rainfall data for Dhaka, Bangladesh if we calculate with the average rainfall data tank capacity would be very large . Whereas the LEED compliance is for Hourly rainfall data so, kindly suggest an alternate compliance for this credit
