I remember hearing discussion at a Greenbuild Session that mentioned changing the restriction from 1/8 mile. Does anyone else know if this is true? I cannot find an interpretation that clarifies...

I have been in touch with USGBC about this, and they are definitely considering it. An addendum hasn't been released, but I hope to see something out next year (?).
