NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

Radon in school building

Hello,

In order to meet EQp1 requirements, do non-residential projects need to address radon issues in the first 4 floors? It is my understanding that only residential projects need to clarify on any radon-resistant construction techniques. Am I right to assume this?
