Has anyone ever documented this prereq. with a system using R407F? It's not part of the drop down list on the form and we're not sure it will comply. Thanks in advance for your help!

R-407F is a HFC, and so it complies with the prerequisite. It's not particularly common, so that's probably why its not on the prereq form. You can always check the box for an alternate compliance path and explain your situation. And in general, compliance with this prerequisite is almost always assured for 100% new construction projects.
