Question

Can the LEED-CI certificate be obtained even after the renovation process has been completed? There has been no registrations or whatsoever before the renovation/construction. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Yes it is possible assuming you took the actions necessary during design and construction to meet the prerequisites and earn enough points.
