NC-v4 EAc1:Enhanced commissioning

Qualified CxA

We are in the process of hiring an appropriate commissioning authority for enhanced commissioning.
Understand that CxA for Enhanced Cx could be an individual person and must meet all the qualifications. However, does anyone know if that CxA could be a freelancer or needs to be an employee of a firm/ a company/ an entity?

 A freelancer could qualify. Essentially they own their own company.
