NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
Using PV for EAp2 (C+S/NC): Can we demonstrate compliance with the energy prerequisites using the project's renewable energy, or does it need to show 4 EAc1 points using energy efficiency alone?
Background on Project: Located in California. There is Solar array is existing on the project site, not part of the current scope, but has not been used for any other LEED projects and EAC's have been maintained.

IN v3 you can meet the requirement with renewables. In v4 you have to meet it with efficiency alone.
