Pursuing credits in recert that were denied during intial cert

Hi LEED Experts, My question pertains specifically to two credits in the LEED v2009 EBOM rating system, SSc3 & EQ3.6. These two credits were denied during the original certification. Now, we planning for LEED v2009 EBOM recertification and would to pursue those two denied credits. Here is my question: how long is the performance period for these two credits that were denied originally? I have read through the Recertification Guidance and couldn't find a specific answer. It simply says that for denied credits to provide establishment data should be resubmitted. It then specifies further what percentage of time needs to be tracked, but I'm unsure if there is a special instance for previously denied credits.

Hi Alexa, you can use a 3-month performance period for credits that were not previously earned (so either not attempted, or attempted and denied).
