I'm not sure where to post a question about this credit as we are submitting it as an ID credit under Core and Shell v2009.
I'm not sure how to proceed. We submitted the documentation for the EBOM-v4 MRc2: Purchasing - lamps as an innovation credit for several months ago. Our review comments stated that we needed to follow Credit Interpretation 5500. However, when I now go to Credit Interpretation 5500 it states:
"**Update 1/27/2017: This item is no longer valid. Please reference the Innovation Catalog: http://www.usgbc.org/credits/innovation-catalog instead**"
Does that mean we can no longer attempt to use this credit as an innovation in design point even though we submitted the original documentation and received comments prior to the 1/27/2017 date? Or do we just proceed as per the comments we received?

Hi Jose, in this case I think it makes sense to ask GBCI what you should do. My sense is that you should be able to attempt the credit if it was valid at the time of your project registration and when you received the review comments. Another option might be to use the EBOM v2009 version of the credit, which seems reasonable since your CS project is v2009. But definitely check in with your review team since you're getting some conflicting instructions.

Probably late now, but just saw this thread. They're saying go to the innovation catalog for the specific details. CI 5500 is no longer the definitive guidance. Innovation: Purchasing - Lamps is a credit in the catalog for LEED BD+C: Core and Shell v3 - LEED 2009. I'm guessing they were pointing you to the last line in the guidance that says for innovation credit you need to be at or below 35 pictograms Hg per lumen hour.
