Hello everyone,
I have a dilemma regarding a core and shell v4 project whose only energy source is electricity: the manual says that it is possible to calculate core energy consumption based on the ratio between the core area and the gfa of the entire building, multiplied by the energy consumption obtained from the minimum energy performance energy model.
Once this value has been obtained, how is it possible to demonstrate that it can be satisfied with certified green energy? The building owner will enter into a certified energy contract, but this contract does not indicate the amount of energy that will be supplied. Does anyone have a solution to this dilemma, or does anyone have experience with it? Thank you in advance

Typically this is satisfied by purchasing Green-e certified RECs. You can buy a quantity of these. If you are buying green power through a contract at a price per kWh you should be able to supply a copy of the contract to the reviewer.

Thank you Mr. Sheffer!
Yes, you're right. The owner wants to subscribe a contract with a price per kWh. We will be able to submit the contract to the reviewer, but we are not sure that this will be enough. Any advice?

That should be enough assuming the purchase meets the green power criteria for the credit.
