Our one and only bus, which stops right outside our project entrance, is a 10 minute drive in heavy traffic (meaning many rides would be less than 10 minutes) but 3.5 miles to a Metro Rail station. What is the likelihood of us capturing the 6 points for SSc4.1?

Hi Sheryl, I recommend you reach out to GBCI and try to state your case, focusing on the credit intent and how you meet it. Per addendum 100001163 to the BD+C Reference Guide, dated 4/1/2012, point-to-point shuttles from the project site to a transit stop must travel within 2 miles of the project. My understanding is that GBCI will want to see a map showing the distance requirement is met for the shuttle, but perhaps if you can give them some context about your project and why it would meet the 10 minutes max requirement, you might be able to show compliance.
