The owner has purchased RECs for a percentage of energy use of its whole portfolio of buildings, or campus. Can we earn this credit for a single LEED building with this purchase?

Projects outside the US

The project is located outside the US where Green-e suppliers are not present. The project is thus looking at buying Green-e RECs. Is there a list of suppliers from which green-e RECs can be bought?

You can buy US-based RECs for any project in any location and earn the credit.
