PROJECTION FACTORS FOR VERTICAL FINS

Dear all,

Is it possible to correlate vertical fins with projection factors shown in table 5.5.4.4.1 ASHRAE 90.1-2010?

Not that I know of, since the definition of "projection factor" assumes a horizontal shading device above the fenestration.
