CS-v4 LTc3:High priority site

The project is located on land that is an Opportunity Zone.

Great question - looks like this program was launched after LEEDv4 was published, and there are no addenda allowing it. But the intent of the program is in line with the listed ones and meets the criteria listed for determining if international programs are equivalent. If the site doesn't meet any of the listed programs, I'd say it's worth attempting (with an email to USGBC if you want to be totally sure they'll accept it). The v4.1 options may also work for the site, if you want a program that's been "officially" approved for the credit.
