If yes, does this document need to be translated?

Hi Stephan,
we never upload the building permission (Baugenehmigung) for our German projects. Sometimes we use some parts like the proof of parking space (Stellplatznachweis) or the area calculation for the credit documentation.
As far as I know the building permission is not needed for the LEED certification.
