NC-2009 PIf2:Project Summary Details

Project Building Context

Where can I find guidance on what density is considered Urban or SubUrban? I ask this because according to the state land use the district we are located is Urban, but currently is very low density, previously agricultural, and has planned single-family and multiple family home developments in the area.

Hi Deirdre, I wouldn't worry too much about which designation you pick - it's not something that the reviewers scrutinize very closely and you wont get flagged for picking the "wrong" one. If it helps, what you describe sounds more suburban than urban to me.
