We have a stadium project that is open air, so the grass turf field is not covered. However, the field is not publicly accessible at any time. We understand the intent of the credit to be to encourage general public and project occupants to use the open space. However, most occupants and never the general public will have access to the field. Can the field be considered "interior" because it is behind a fence and excluded from the Open Space calcs?
