Process water in a cosmetic store

In a retail store selling cosmetics, do fixtures installed in the sales area, used in the process of selling products (to wash hands after applying a product), count as process water for this credit?

Also, in the same retail store, a dishwasher is installed and used only for special events. Would it count as well as process water?
