I am working for a semi-conductor company that would like to pursue LEED EBOM for their manufacturing building that is postly clean rooms and labs. We are wondinering how to calculate the process water and energy? Any calrification would be helpful, and if LEEDv4 is better for this type of manufacturing facility.

We have contacted LEED coaches for several washing plants that use a heavy amount of process water. Unfortunately there is no way you can exclude the process water use unless the water is included for the product itself. However, they provide case by case exemptions so better reach out to them directly. But I don't get what you mean by "calculating process water and energy". In v4.1 we have to provide metered data. Entire bulding water consumption and energy consumption should be able to provide using single meter or a combination of meters.
