CS-2009 SSc7.2: Heat Island Effect—Roof
Hi
On my CS project office mixed with top floor of apartments will be private terrace and I read that private vegetated terraces do not counted towards SS c5.2 so I understand that they also do not counted under SS c7.2 and shall be deducted from total roof area Am I right?
If private terrace will be ceramic tiles finished than shall be counted in the total roof area?
In both options private terrace serve as a roof surface for conditioned spaces below.
