Private application assisted living

Would the lavatories in the resident's rooms at an assisted living facility be considered a Private application?

See the Further explanation tab in the Credit library: "Resident bathrooms in dormitories, patient bathrooms in hospital and nursing homes, and prisoner bathrooms are considered private use."
