a small printing room in an open office, no enclosure for the printing room. but on the top of the printing room, we have an exhaust fan for pollution air. so can we earn IEQ credit5

If the printer/copier in this area is used for less than 40,000 copies/prints a month you are can earn the credit with the setup you described. If more than 40,000 prints are made per month in this area, though, your print area would have to be fully enclosed with walls that go all the way to the structure above or a hard lid ceiling and a door with a closer. These requirements would be in addition to the exhaust fan that you mentioned.
