Warehouses-NC-v4 LTc2:Sensitive land protection

Previously developed land

Location: Malaysia

Project type: Warehouse

The project is located in a site that is previously developed where a portion of the land is already constructed (Manufacturing Unit) and another portion of the land which is the warehouse of the manufacturing unit is going for certification now, and both are owned by the same owner. 

In this case can we consider the project site as previously developed land?

This sounds as though it does qualify as "previously developed land". The goal of this credit is to promote the preservation of virgin land/avoiding land which is farmland, plant/animal habitat, within wetlands, etc.
