My building is being constructed on previously developed land, however there is a strip of jurisdictional wetlands on site that we are relocating. Is this project still eligible for this credit because we are replacing the wetlands that we are disturbing?

In review of the above credit, you meet the intent of the first part of Option 2 based on the fact that your site is on previously developed land. In the past, I have worked on a project (LEED-NCv3) where the wetland areas have been adjusted to meet new site needs for a previously developed site, which was awarded all attempted SS credits. The only restriction in here is that the main building needs to be 50-feet (min.) from any wetland - wherever it is constructed (minus "minor improvements"). As long as you are able to satisfy this, you should not encounter issue with the GBCI on relocation of wetlands required by the jurisdiction. Remember, jurisdictional and code requirements always supersede those of LEED. To avoid an unnecessary clarification request, you may wish to upload an annotated copy of this requirement with credit documentation pointing out the requirement.
