CS-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Prescriptive Compliance - Core and Shell

Hi Folks, 

Is prescriptive compliance Option 2 (EA - Minimum Energy Performance) an option for Core and shell projects (Expected occupancy - Office) with GFA greater than 100,000 SF? ASHRAE AEDG for office buildings applies to area less than 100,000 SF.

Prescriptive compliance is not an option for an office greater than 100k sf. You are required to use option 1.
