Prerequisites in Master Site

We are using the campus approach for a mixed used development. None of the prerequisites will be applied under the master site. However, in the project registration for the master site, one is not able to uncheck the prerequisite credits. How does this work? Are we still supposed to fill out the forms for these prerequisites?

Hello Omer, For most phases of review in rating systems eligible to utilize the AGMBC, teams should not be required to submit the Prerequisites with projects that have been designated as Master Sites in LEED Online v3. However, if you happen to be referring to a LEED-CS project submitting for a Precertification review, there is a system functionality limitation which may force a Master Site project to submit the Prerequisites. Please note that projects wishing to utilize the AGMBC for LEED-CS Precertification purposes are instructed (http://www.gbci.org/main-nav/building-certification/fees/info.aspx#precert) to contact GBCI through the Contact form on our website (http://www.gbci.org/org-nav/contact.aspx) for assistance, special instructions, and a promo code necessary to obtain the appropriate fees. Please also note that for Master Site projects using any rating system, the Project Information forms will be required to be marked as 'completed' and submitted with each review phase, even if they are not completed.

Hello again Omer, I should also add that upon further research it appears that submissions for some review phases in other rating systems (e.g. NC, CI, EBOM, etc.) may also require Prerequisites to be submitted. If this happens, it is acceptable to simply leave the form blank, mark it complete, and submit it as required. The reviewers will understand that the Prerequisite was not being attempted as a Campus Credit if there is no information provided. You may also add a note to that effect in the Special Circumstances narrative box on each form if you wish to be more explicit about it.
