What constitutes "Confirmation of permanently instaled meters" in the required documentation part? Does it has to be a Riser Diagram or MEP Drawing showing the installed meters, or it can be something else... To me, this requirement sounds very ambiguous. The same goes for "Confirmation of data sharing source".

Confirmation can take many forms. Typically this is shown by providing drawings, etc. to demonstrate that the meters are included in the design. But it could also include other form of confirmation like purchase orders, photographs of the installation, etc.
Think of confirmation as proof of installation or evidence of installation. You are proving to the reviewer that the equipment in question will be or has been installed.

Thanks Marcus. I figured that design documents are required to prove to the reviewer which meters are installed, but I would change the wording in the Reference Guide. To make it more clear maybe "Proof" should be used instead of "Confirmation". Confirmation can mean an out-of-date technical narrative or simply a letter of confirmation that does not necessarily make it true.
