NC-v4 MPR1:Must be in a permanent location on existing land

Prefabricated or modular structure Buildings

Hello,

Would like to know more details on how "Prefabricated or modular structure Buildings" can be certified under LEED. 

In our case the its an office building with 2000 SQM area, Prefabricated with all interior fit-out and like and complete normal office building, Howver once it is complete it will be moved to a permanent location. 

So can we apply for the design rating initially and once it is moved and located on permanent location we can purse the Construction rating. 

Kindly share the more info if someone can.
