Precipitation information

Hi, 

 I am not able to find the 10 years or more precipitation for a site in Alabama. 

Can somebody has the NOAA link where I can get these precipitation data?

For paved spaces, the credit language specifies that it must be pedestrian-oriented or recreation-oriented.
