Hello, Is there any information available about precertification process in LEED-CS v4? Since the precertification guide has been excluded from the appendices in the reference guide of BD+C v4, I have a feeling that the possibility of precertification itself has been eliminated with the version upgrade. Even the word 'precertificate' is not mentioned in the whole reference guide or relevant USGBC webpage. Do you know anything about it? Thank you in advance
