We are working on submitting a precertification. I'd thought the credits team was working on were design phase. If I submit the precertification, can I quickly turn in for design phase. I've read that the precertification is optional, if I have been having team filling in forms on leedonline for precertification, when I switch it to design phase will everything reset? Are the credit requirements and forms the same?
