Hello, at the moment we are doing precertification, when I want to attemt some credits on website LEEDonline, some credits remain 0, therefore, we have only few points in total. Also there asre some categories where in threshold I set up 3 points but then it shows 4 points, always 1 point higher. Do you know where is the problem? Thank you
