Do you have a copy of the BD&C Reference Guide? CS Appendix 5 discusses precertification. My understanding is that you simply register the project through LEED Online and then document it pretty much like a normal project.

I have a similar question. I found the precertification templates on the "Sample Downloads" section in LEED online, however, when I try to access to the real forms for my project I only get certification forms. Am I missing anything?

Daniela, I believe (and I am only 70% sure so please check and let me know if this makes sense) that if you already registered your project as a normal LEED-CS project then you would only see the regular certification forms. You need to register as a pre-certification project (or change your registration) to access those forms. Please post back with your progress.

Yes I was just checking that. The project is registered with precertification and we can now see the precertification forms by clicking on each project. Thanks!

On leed-online there is a double count for precertification forms, one says (v03) and the other one says (v04). What is the difference?
It does not refer to the LEED version (LEED 2009 = LEED v3), it refers to the forms which is strange.
