Hello LEED user community, 

My question is: can I count the area of a pool as part of my open space % ? The pool is in a terrace that is accesible to the building users, and has a garden area, tables, trails, etc.

Hi Carla,

Please kindly refer to LEED BD+C v4 guide page 177, outdoor space criteria.
Pool can be categorized as a recreation-oriented paving with physical site elements that encourage physical activity. So, yes, it should be counted in % of open space area.
