I'm looking for some guidance regarding drafting policies. I've downloaded the USGBC templates, however do we need to include sections related to credits that we are not pursuing? Do the policies need to encompass all the credits within the section or just the ones the project is pursuing in for this certification process?

This is the first attempt at LEED certification for this building and therefore we are dealing with existing conditions for a 20 year old building which are preventing us from pursuing many site credits. For example, the project is not pursuing "Site Management" credit because it's prohibitively expensive. Most of the content in the USGBC template policy is directly related to the Site Management credit.
